The National Center for Engagement in Diabetes Research (CEDER) Partnership Hub members from the Morehouse School of Medicine and Hoffman & Associates are hosting an online learning exchange on January 15, from 2 – 3:30 p.m. to discuss developing participatory budgets with a focus on equity.
During the webinar, presenters will:
- Discuss values, practices and models supporting equitable community engaged research (CEnR) partnerships;
- Share an adaptable tool to support negotiation, transparency and documentation of CEnR partner roles and responsibilities; and
- Apply values, practices, tools and models towards advancing equity-centered CEnR budgets.
This is a free webinar for community groups, researchers, and other individuals and organizations interested in community engagement in type 2 diabetes (T2D) research and programs.
