The purpose of the Communications Section is to build a network of communicators interested in creating clear messaging around public health topics. The Section will offer annual professional development opportunities to promote best practices and provide information on the latest communication tools and standards. The Communications Section strives to build a strong foundation for public health and other professionals to more effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, including all Georgia residents.
