CONFERENCE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations made on or before February 29, 2024 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made March 1, 2024 and March 15, 2024 will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be given after March 15, 2024.
  • Registration substitutions are allowed at any time with written notice (price may vary based on current GPHA member status).
  • Lodging reservations and cancellations are subject to hotel policies and are the responsibility of the registrant.
