Opportunities for Industry Partners and Volunteers at SkillsUSA Georgia Conference Feb. 19-21


SkillsUSA Georgia is seeking industry partners and volunteers to participate in the organization’s state conference on February 19-21, 2026 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. The organization expects nearly 10,000 career and technical education students, instructors, and industry professionals to attend the event.

Opportunities for Industry Partners

SkillsUSA Georgia is looking for industry partners who want to showcase their companies/organizations to students and instructors/administrators from across the state. If you are interested in being a partner, having an expo booth, and/or providing prizes for student winners, click here to view the partner packet.

Opportunities for Volunteers

SkillsUSA Georgia is also looking for volunteers to serve as judges to help identify the best student talent in the state. State winners will go on to represent the organization at the national competition. Below are the competition areas with the highest need and the dates:

  • Medical Assisting – Friday, February 20
  • Nurse Assisting – Friday, February 20
  • Practical Nursing – Friday, February 20
  • Dental Assisting – Friday, February 20
  • Health Knowledge Bowl – Friday, February 20
  • Emergency Medical Technician – Thursday, February 19

  • Who can be a judge?
  • An Industry Expert (currently working or retired)
  • Impartial and Ethical
  • A college or high school technical program graduate from at least 3 years ago
  • Who cannot be a judge?
  • A person related to anyone involved in the contest (including the advisor).
  • An instructor or SkillsUSA Advisor of the student who is competing.
  • A past SkillsUSA competitor within the past 3 years
