You are invited to participate in a one-day meeting by the Partnership for Diabetes Health Equity (PDHE) at Morehouse School of Medicine’s National Center for Primary Care.
The meeting will be held at NCPC on October 16, 2017 with registration beginning at 8 am, and closing remarks concluding at 3:30 pm. The goal of the event is to foster relationships and interactions that will activate the community to partner together to solve issues of Diabetes Health Equity.
The event is FREE, but seats are limited to 50 persons. Breakfast and lunch will be served and parking is complimentary.
