Silent Auction Items Needed to Benefit Career Development Members

The Georgia Public Health Association is seeking donations for a silent auction to raise money for the James W. Alley Memorial Fund.

The silent auction will take place during the GPHA Annual Meeting and Conference April 11-12 in Atlanta.

Donations should have a value of at least $25, and may be purchased or donated by local businesses. Popular auction donations include a gift basket with items that represent your business, community, or special interest. GPHA will furnish each donor a record of donation for tax purposes.

Click here to download a Donation Form and return it to no later than March 15, 2017. This form allows GPHA to track in-kind contributions and determine a fair minimum bid.

The James W. Alley Memorial Fund affords Career Development (formerly Student) members assistance with Conference registration. The Career Development Section will receive and screen applications on which to base their selection of scholarship recipients. In exchange for the scholarship, the recipient agrees to volunteer at the Conference.
