Rep. John Carson Named GPHA Legislator of the Year

Representative John Carson (R-Marietta) has been named GPHA Legislator of the Year for 2018. Carson worked to ensure passage of the distracted driving law, which took effect last July. The law made it illegal for motorists in Georgia to handle cell phones while driving.
